Referrals

Hildegard House accepts referrals from individuals, family members, hospice staff, doctors, and hospitals.

To be accepted to live at Hildegard House, an individual must accept hospice services.

 

An individual's choice to become a resident at Hildegard House is voluntary and there is  no obligation to stay.
